Lic. Isaac Quesada Morales
Issac has a Law Degree from Universidad Fidélitas, where he graduated top of his class. He also has a Juris Doctor degree from Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho, with a minor in Public Law. Isaac also obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Constitutional Justice, Interpretation and Enforcement of the Constitution from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha in Spain.
As a college professor, he has been teaching several courses since 2015, including Civil Procedural Law and Labor Law for students of the Masters in Human Talent Management at Universidad Fidélitas. Since 2013 Isaac has been practicing law as litigator and consultant in public employment topics. Acting as member of the consultant team of the National Mayors and Intendants Association and of Alajuela’s Western Federation of Municipalities, Isaac has also provided legal advice to private individuals, public servants, companies, law firms, and public institutions, especially Municipalities.
In addition, he has been involved in a number of contentious-administrative litigation cases and administrative proceedings regarding public employment issues, which allows him to provide comprehensive assistance to public sector employers.
Isaac is a collaborator of elempleo.com section of La Nación newspaper. Also, he has been working for the Firm since April 2017, serving as member of the Firm’s Public Labor Law Practice.
